Cooperation with ООО ROSTEK-Tver goes along the following lines
Stage 1: On this stage you can come into our office or contact us by the phone 33-69-11 to get comprehensive information on brokerage service agreement issues.
Stage 2: If you choose ООО ROSTEK-Tver as your customs broker you will have to make an agreement on brokerage service.
Stage 3: After the agreement is concluded a broker is assigned to arrange with you all documentation necessary for import/export customs clearance and analyze the papers.
The only thing for you to do is to prepare the documents for registration in customs authorities, we will do the rest:
• optimal foreign-trade operations development
• classification of goods in accordance with the national goods classification of the foreign economic activity (TN VED)
• customs payments calculation; information on customs duties rates
• processing paperwork for making a cargo customs declaration
• aid in getting sanitary-epidemiological reports, certificates of conformance and other permissive documents
• clearance of goods and vehicles
• submission of necessary customs documents and additional information to the customs authority of the Russian Federation
• submission of declared goods and vehicles
• acting on behalf of the client with customs authorities
• settling disputable questions
Stage 4: After the shipment is cleared in line with the chosen customs regime and our company’s services are paid for we hand you over the shipment documents. The payment for the broker’s services can be effected either in cash or via non-cash payment.
